If you have any concerns please ask the staff. The Centre provides a variety of support services for women from a feminist basis within a trauma informed framework. Women are supported and encouraged to make informed choices about their own lives and wellbeing that are right for.
The Centre is for any woman looking for support regardless of age, nationality or cultural background, sexuality, visa or financial status.
Referral is by self-referral. Crisis support appointments are available on a daily basis.
Drop in is welcome. The following values and principles underpin the culture of the Centre and all aspects of service delivery including policies, documentation and engagement with the broader community.
All women experiencing violence should be supported towards their immediate and longer term safety and wellbeing. WDVCAS workers provide phone support, advocacy, referral, safety planning and court support to women who have expereinced domestic and family violence across the state.

In these two sites, women are supported from first mention through to hearing and are thoroughly supported along the way until they are accepted and settled into other supporting services.
